I was 'fortunate' enough to spend two weeks in France with Mark where we discussed the idea of going into business together. We'd just had twin children and were keen to move back to the Midlands so a deal was hatched! Best thing I ever did.

What do I do? Sell! Basically my job is to run the Publishing side of our business and also take responsibility for the sales across our trade show portfolio. It's never dull.

The Big Questions

My dream event would be:

The Ashes in Sydney, 5th Test and we win it. Preferably with a six off the last ball, hit by Panesar, ideally off Lee! And while we're dreaming, I'd quite like Villa to win the FA Cup as well.

My family to the above Ashes event. My son Harry and I would go and watch the cricket, whilst my daughter Holly and her mom went shopping. I'm happy to wait 12 years for this event so us boys can share a few beers at the appropriate time – like all day preferably.
