Having worked for large organizations for the past 12 years I wanted to get back into a Company that was more dynamic, less bureaucratic and where there was more all round involvement in the activities and decisionmaking of a company rather than playing part in just one area of Finance (e.g. treasury, payroll, accounts receivable, financial reporting, capex etc).

I applied for the position through a recruitment agency and three months later was here!

I have overall responsibility for all aspects of Finance for the Group. This includes preparation of accounts, budgeting, reporting, and presenting financial information, cash management, credit control, accounts payable, implementing processes and controls. Basically, I'm the bean-counter!
