Expo Excellence Awards
The Expo Excellence Awards is an incentive scheme open to all staff at both Expo Management and sister company Expo Publishing. The awards are based on a combination of individual performance objectives, as set out in training & development plans, overall company financial performance and peer group nominations for “going that extra mile”.
The awards are based on a strict points system with Mark Griffin, Expo Management’s Managing Director, providing the adjudication and the final winner selection.
In addition a Special Merit Award was presented at the 2009 awards to Accounts Assistant, Hilary Mitchell. Hilary received this award in recognition of 20 years loyal service to Mark Griffin. Mark describes Hilary as the perfect employee: “Reliable, honest and hardworking.”
